Job Description

Singer Damareck Real Estate is a growing, collaborative, and fun commercial real estate advisory firm. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional client experiences while fostering a supportive team culture. We are seeking a full-time Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic team, working in our office five days per week, to help us coordinate the details that drive client success.

Role Description


  • Support Tenant Advisors and colleagues across the firm with client transaction work and internal operations.
  • Conduct property research and prepare market surveys, tour books, and client-facing materials.
  • Schedule client meetings, property tours, and project documentation.
  • Communicate proactively with teammates and clients to keep projects on track.
  • Contribute to our culture by collaborating, problem-solving, and bringing a positive attitude every day.


Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional, client-facing role.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelors or Associates degree preferred
