Job Description

Experience level: 10+ years of experience in Web and Mobile Application Verification and Validation or related fields

Work Location: Costa Mesa, CA

Testing Skills: Test Plan creation with proper coverage of features testing and detailed test cases writing

Hands-on experience in Test Strategy and Test Process
Requirements traceability matrix implementation
Troubleshooting by running DB queries (SQL, Oracle) in advance, and analyzing application logs
Analyze requirement documents and technical specs to write test scenarios and test cases
Creating Quality status reports with test case execution progress and defect bug list
Contribute to test planning, estimating, and progress tracking
Experience with Telematics testing in-vehicle is a plus
Hands on Experience in REST API testing using JMeter, Postman
Working experience in Client-server architecture features manual/automation testing
Working experience in Automation Testing using any frameworks and scripting languages
At least 1 scripting language proficiency: Preferred: JS or Python
Hands on Experience in Testing Tools included JMeter, Postman, TestRail, Fiddler, UI Automator
Hands on experience in JIRA, CI/CD (Jenkins, Git) tools
Hands on Experience with API testing using JMeter or related software. (JMeter preferred)
Hands on experience with JSON, XML and other data related areas
Have a good knowledge QA methodologies with Internation Testing Qualification Certification is a plus
Good experience with data analysis, log monitoring and reporting
Working experience with E2E Manual testing for any Web Browsers and Mobile platforms
Create effective and efficient test strategics for Production Releases and Hotfix releases to quality of products
Leading Skills: Working experience in leading QA Projects, able to work on multiple complex projects, and deal with conflicts of priorities
Ability to guide QA team through the planning and execution of a project by managing tasks, motivating team members, resolving conflicts, making critical decisions, and ensuring the project meets its goals within the set deadline and resources
Effective communication skills with multiple stakeholders throughout the project execution
Having strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
