Mission:
As a Junior IT Technician you will own Tier-1 support end-to-end, driving new hire onboarding with zero defect, and becoming a trusted go-to for frontline IT operations. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide Helpdesk and IT Support by building confidence with End-User Support & Communication
• Oversee ticket and Achieve SLA Compliance & Ticket Accuracy
• Gain Fluency in Core IT Tools & Systems
• Be responsible for Asset inventory and Tracking 
• You will oversee employee onboarding, meeting and conference room tech support, security and compliance, and device set up and deployment. 

What makes you the hero for this job:

• Bring experience as a first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Understand how to troubleshoot problems and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Have a passion for working with people and resolving their tickets in a timely manner
• Excellent interpersonal skills along with written and verbal communication skills 

Hero Bonus Skills: 

• Experience using and supporting macOS devices
• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence)
