About the Job
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Director to lead our youth programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with children and adolescents, along with the ability to foster a supportive and engaging environment for them and their parents. This person will be responsible for planning activities and events, providing mentorship and counseling, and is responsible for developing, coordinating, and leading programs that nurture spiritual growth, personal development, leadership skills, and community service for and in, our children and youth.
Responsibilities include teaching Bible studies, organizing discipleship programs, and providing spiritual direction. The director will also mentor youth leaders and communicate effectively with parents and volunteers.
Qualifications
Note: Position may require travel and overnight stays for youth trips and retreats.
