Mountain Home is seeking a part-time Weekend Day Shift Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to help ensure Mountain Home’s Residential Department is a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for young mothers and their children. The RCC provides safety and support for all residents while assisting with maintaining the cleanliness of the house and adherence to program rules. Our ideal R-RCCs have a passion and talent for helping others, communicating clearly and compassionately, and are able to connect and empathize with individuals, including diverse and marginalized populations. They remain calm in high-stress situations and encounters. They are trustworthy, dependable, relatable, and friendly. R-RCCs have knowledge of trauma-informed care, adverse childhood experiences, and experience in providing quality direct service to adults, young people, and children. We prefer individuals who have received education in social work, psychology, counseling, early childhood, or similar programs and/or who have been through relevant training.

This schedule for this position is Saturday and Sunday days from 8:00am to 8:00pm and Tuesdays from 9:00am to 10:15am to attend (in person or virtually) Residential Weekly Meeting. RCCs report to the Residential Program Director and Residential Program Specialist. The position is based onsite at Mountain Home in Missoula, Montana. The base wage for this position starts at $17 hourly with the hired individual’s wage calculated using Mountain Home’s wage matrix. There is an additional $1.50/hour bonus for night shifts (consider applying for the night-shift position or picking up extra shifts in addition to weekend days)!
