Job Title: Warehouse Construction/Facility Maintenance Technician

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm & Friday 5am-11am (Some Overtime and Weekends, as needed)
Pay Rate : $23hr
Location: Garland, TX-75238
Temp Assignment: 5-6+ months
Description:
The Warehouse Construction / Maintenance Technician is responsible for identifying and repairing problems in assembly equipment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Strong Drywall / Paint / Handyman skills a must
• Metal Framing.
• Performs building maintenance, and installation of drywall, electrical, plumbing, etc.
• Ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 75 pounds occasionally
• Rock/tape/float but also has experience in some of the other tasks listed below:
• Basic knowledge of commercial painting, doors, walls.
• Commercial ceilings and flooring.
• General carpentry.
• Light Janitorial.
• Light plumbing and electrical.
• Aluminum Commercial Entry Door repair and adjustments.
• Weekend work as needed.
• Aluminum Commercial Entry Door repair and adjustments
• Maintain a professional manner with all vendors, contractors and fellow employees
• Ability to clearly communicate in spoken and written form.
• Inspects, maintains and documents all hazardous materials on premises.
• Follow company policies.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn.
• Operate scissor-lift/propane and electric forklift
• Must provide resume
