JOB SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of this role is to to develop relevant video content to help elevate the presence of Forbright Bank across our social media channels, website, and beyond. The role will also contribute to shaping our overall digital content strategy and stylistic guidelines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create, review, edit, and update video content for Forbright Bank’s social media accounts and website, including but not limited to, long-form customer spotlights, graphic illustrations, and short-form social cuts
• Help develop Forbright’s content calendar and identify timely and relevant content opportunities for maximum exposure and awareness
• Conduct research to learn more about potential content opportunities for Forbright
• Suggest new ways to promote the bank’s mission and offerings and to reach new consumers

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma required
• 6-8 years' experience as a videographer required
• 2-3 years' experience in developing digital content for sustainability-led brands; financial experience is a plus
• Portfolio demonstrating successful content creation inclusive of increase in brand awareness and engagement
• Understanding of SEO and digital content best practices
• Demonstrated excellence in video capturing, editing, and illustration
• Creative, detail-oriented, and driven to produce high-quality outputs 
• Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong listening and communication skills
• The capacity to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
