The hospital boasts state-of-the-art equipment like Surgical and Cold Laser, Digital X-Ray, Ultrasound, and Acupuncture, ensuring comprehensive care for all animals. We are open to Veterinarians of all experience levels. If you are a new graduate, we offer mentorship at the hospital level as well as one-on-one training with our mentor veterinarian via a specialized 12-month formal mentorship program. At Dover you can expect a diverse medical and surgical caseload, so you’ll never be bored!
*EXTERNSHIPS* - We offer externships with a travel stipend (Monetary details provided upon applying). Housing is also available at our MDVM Dr. Rubey’s residence where you will have your own floor all to yourself!
Compensation:
Benefits include a 4-day work week with bi-weekly Saturdays, health coverage, 401(K) plan, and CE days. No on call or after hour requirement.
