HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography for a travel job in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Job Description & Requirements Ultrasound Tech – Maternal Fetal Medicine
Location: Greensboro, NC
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 4×9-hour shifts (approx. 07:15–16:45); Mon–Fri with rotating/variable schedule.
Occasional float to additional women’s/children’s units; rare weekend shifts possible.
No call.
Job Responsibilities & Required/Preferred Skills:
• Perform perinatal ultrasound exams for high-risk obstetric patients.
• Conduct full OB studies including anatomy scans, Dopplers, and transvaginal imaging.
• Support outpatient maternal-fetal medicine and high-risk OB services.
• Utilize Epic, PACS, Samsung Hera W10, and Samsung RS85 Prestige equipment.
• Perform and support specialized procedures such as amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and use interpreter services as needed.
• Float to other maternal-fetal or women’s health units as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum Experience: 2 years (first-time travelers accepted).
• Certifications:
• BLS (required)
• ARDMS OB/GYN (required)

Clinical Skill Requirements:\n• 1st, 2nd, 3rd trimester imaging\n• Amniotic fluid index\n• Fetal anatomical survey\n• Inter/Intra-orbital measurements\n• Multiple gestations\n• Placenta previa\n• Umbilical cord Doppler\n• Fetal measurements: AC, bone lengths, cerebellum/ventricles, diaphragm, duodenal atresia, digits, gender, head, heart\n• M-mode OB applications\n\nProcedural Skills:\n• Amniocentesis (preferred)\n\nWork Settings Experience:\n• High-risk OB\n• Maternal-Fetal Medicine\n• Obstetrics\n• Transvaginal and renal/pelvis studies\n\nPreferred Experience:\n• Teaching hospital\n• Chronic villus sampling\n• AIUM-accredited environments
