Titel: SAP SCM & PLM Onshore Lead

• GFiber is seeking an experienced SAP SCM and PLM Onshore Lead to design, develop, implement, and maintain robust and scalable SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. This position plays a critical role in delivering end-to-end SAP transformation projects, backlog enhancements, and system upgrades focused on optimizing supply chain and logistics processes.
• The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in SAP SCM modules and Siemens Teamcenter PLM, along with a proven record of leading complex global implementations.

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain SAP ERP and Siemens PLM solutions.
• Drive vendor EDI integrations, onboarding technical support, and 3PL integrations with SFDC boundary systems within the GFiber landscape.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.
• Serve as the Onshore Functional Lead, guiding and mentoring both onshore and offshore teams.
• Provide design authority for EDI and 3PL integrations, ensuring seamless data flow with external partners.
• Lead end-to-end integration efforts with 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) providers and external systems using SFDC and Apigee.
• Oversee project deliverables, including UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases.
• Conduct business workshops, strategy sessions, and client presentations.
• Lead architecture and process alignment for SAP and PLM integration.
• Configure and manage Teamcenter PLM modules (BMIDE, ITK, C++/Java APIs) and integrations with SAP.
• Oversee product structure, BOM management, and change management within PLM.
• Manage upgrades, data migration, system performance, and quality assurance.
• Mentor junior team members, ensuring adherence to timelines and best practices.

• 10+ years of SAP & PLM consulting experience.
• 4+ full lifecycle SCM and PLM implementation projects.
• Deep expertise in Logistics Execution (LE), Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management, Vendor EDI, 3PL, and SFDC integrations.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and configuration.
• Strong understanding of Teamcenter PLM configuration and integration.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
