The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with the ability to read blueprints and utilize hand tools effectively. As an Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring that installations are completed accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall quality of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations of various products according to specifications and blueprints
• Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively during installation processes
• Conduct necessary caulking and sealing to ensure proper fitting and finish
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to high standards
• Lift heavy materials as required for installations, ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns during installations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong maintenance person skills with a solid understanding of various installation techniques
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as needed for installations
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools required for installation tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
