The Investor Advice Solutions team includes Schwab Wealth Advisory, Centralized Support, and the Wealth Strategies Consulting Group. Schwab Wealth Advisory is a leading, fee-based, non-discretionary investment advisory service offering our clients personal relationships, specialized service, and ongoing investment advice. Centralized Support teams assist Schwab Wealth Advisory clients through client-facing phone support and operational processing. The Wealth Strategies Consulting Group addresses clients' complex wealth management needs through our Planning and Wealth Strategy teams, providing specialized products for income generation, risk mitigation, and liquidity management.

The Concierge Team Manager will guide and manage their team of 10-12 professionals in a collaborative environment aimed at supporting the high net worth clientele we serve. Your expertise in team leadership, talent acquisition, daily business operations, and enthusiasm for employee development will be key in delivering results and providing essential direction. Coaching your team will be centered around the unique service expectations of high net worth clients. You will possess a strong understanding of assessing business risks and resolving escalated client issues through empathetic lenses.

To fulfill our promise of 'challenging the status quo', this role requires specific qualifications that successful candidates must possess:

• Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license
• Active and valid FINRA 66 license
• Active and valid FINRA 9/10 license
• Minimum of 5 years of financial services industry experience
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience

Preferred qualifications include:

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• CFP designation preferred
• Demonstrated passion for coaching and developing individual contributors
• Working knowledge of Schwab's investment advisory products and services
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners and stakeholders
• Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and high levels of integrity and ethics
