Pay Rate: $50/hr
Hours: 40 hours/week, standard business hours

Introduction
TPG is actively hiring a Senior-Level QA Tester with deep TOSCA automation experience to support a highly visible, fast-paced software development initiative within the financial software/mortgage space. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a local U.S. development team while mentoring and guiding an offshore QA team to maintain delivery excellence. If you're a self-starter with top-tier test automation and communication skills-and want to lead quality efforts across CI/CD pipelines-this is the role for you.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in QA testing roles
- 5+ years of experience with test automation and optimizing test cases
- Proven expertise using TOSCA Test Suite for test case design, data management, and execution
- Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD using tools like Jenkins or Bamboo
- Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC best practices
- Proficiency with test management tools like JIRA, Xray, or qTest
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to mentor offshore teams and act as the U.S.-based point of contact for QA
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting teams across multiple time zones
- Familiarity with performance testing strategies and reporting
- Financial services, fintech, or mortgage software QA experience is a plus
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to translate business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios
- Perform various levels of testing including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end
- Analyze test results, identify and track defects, and collaborate on resolution
- Provide mentorship and oversight to the offshore QA team to ensure deliverables stay on track
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Ensure test coverage aligns to business requirements and maintain detailed test documentation
