Senior Corporate Recruiter (Contract) – $27/hour

Hybrid | Bedford, TX (2 days in-office, 3 days remote after training)
Contract Duration: 5 months
Full-time, Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Join a growing Youth Enrichment company as a Senior Corporate Recruiter!

We are looking for a high-performing, organized, and strategic Senior Recruiter to take the lead on high-volume recruiting efforts for our Call Center teams. This is a 5-month contract role, ideal for someone who knows recruiting inside and out, can confidently partner with hiring managers, and brings fresh strategies to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting : sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offers
• Focus on Call Center Representative and Team Lead roles (80% of workload)
• Support additional HR and corporate special projects (20%)
• Maintain strong communication and accountability with hiring managers
• Collaborate with HR leadership to bring creative and effective recruitment strategies
• Stay organized and manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate setting
• Proven success in high-volume recruiting (10+ open roles at once)
• Prior experience recruiting for call center or customer service roles strongly preferred
• Comfortable providing guidance and holding hiring managers accountable
• Proficient in sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job platforms
• Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience using ATS platforms , especially Paycor , is a plus
• Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Excel (basic reporting), and Word

Compensation & Work Environment:

• $27/hour , W2 contract (not 1099)
• Start date: August 6
• Hybrid schedule: First two months will require 2 days/week in-office in Bedford, TX
• Remaining days are remote
• Full-time hours, Monday–Friday
