And we’re looking for a top  Senior Copywriter to assist our creative director on our most important creative work. What You’ll Own:

• Long-form VSLs (10–30 minutes): Cold, warm, and internal
• Landing pages & funnels: From quiz intros to upsells and everything in between
• Short-form: Ads, email, social snippets to support launches and evergreen campaigns
• Team leadership: Light organizational oversight inside Notion to help guide junior writers and streamline creative production
• Conversion optimization: Help us refine messaging across multiple funnels, products, and audiences

Who You Are:

• 8–10+ years of  direct response copywriting experience
• Proven wins in  health, beauty, supplements, or similar verticals
• Experience writing for or working with 8–9 figure DR brands
• Expert in  conversion psychology, offer positioning, and emotional storytelling
• Comfortable with  VSL structure, funnel architecture, and cold traffic dynamics
• Able to lead creatively and also  manage workflows inside Notion (or similar tools)
• Obsessed with performance, feedback, and always improving
• Drama-free, accountable, and deeply loyal to the mission
