Manage the delivery of a specialized curriculum that accommodates diverse learning styles, including academic, life skills, and vocational training. Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team of educators, therapists, and support staff skilled in working with students with special needs. Coordinate onsite and referral-based therapeutic services such as speech therapy, occupational therapy, and counselling. Ensure learning environments are inclusive and accessible, with adapted classrooms, assistive technology, ramps, and adaptive furniture. Foster strong parental and caregiver involvement through regular communication to support student development and progress. Collaborate with medical professionals, therapists, and special education experts to provide comprehensive and personalized support.
