Ask the right questions to help identify the perfect RV options for them.Develop an in-depth understanding of our entire RV inventory, including various models, features, capabilities, and pricing. Stay informed about new arrivals and manufacturer updates.Organize and conduct detailed product demonstrations and test drives, showcasing key features and benefits to highlight the value of our RVs.Effectively negotiate sales prices and terms, ensuring both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Answer any questions the customers may have regarding financing options, warranties, and additional services.Maintain regular communication with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that arise. Develop strong relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and consumer preferences to adjust sales strategies and provide insights to the management team.Develop engaging promotional campaigns and advertisements via various social media outlets to promote our RV products to a wider audience.Represent our dealership at RV shows, exhibitions, and community events to showcase our products, gather leads, and increase brand awareness.Qualifications and Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or RV industry, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers and effectively address their inquiries and concerns.A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and building relationships based on trust and satisfaction.A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
