Role Overview 

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to drive the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our commercial organization. This role is critical in supporting strategic decision-making, managing the sales pipeline, and enabling the sales team with the tools, processes, and insights needed to win. You will serve as the connective tissue between leadership, sales, programs, product, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pricing: Oversee pricing strategy and execution to ensure alignment with company’s financial goals.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain the integrity of the sales pipeline (CRM hygiene, stage progression, forecasting accuracy).
  • Reporting & Insights: Develop dashboards, forecasts, and KPIs for sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Special Projects: Structure complex, ambiguous problems, collaborate cross-functionally to develop solutions, and drive execution from planning to implementation.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles OR compelling experience in consulting, investment banking, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • Strong command of foundational analytics tools (Excel) and ability to quickly master new software tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.

Physical Demands
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Occasional reaching, bending, or stooping to access file drawers, cabinets, or office supplies.
  • Lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., office supplies, packages).
