As a Retail Sales Specialist for our Microsoft products youll engage with customers to understand their needs preferences and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. Youll maintain knowledge of Microsoft products through required trainings certifications and this role youll make our customers feel excited confident and appreciated by providing them with relevant and memorable solutions.

Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium luxury or complex technology solutions
1 year of experience working with consumer electronics products and services
