Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and close residential mortgage loans while providing top-tier client service
• Build and maintain strong referral networks with realtors, builders, bankers, and community partners
• Guide borrowers through the mortgage process, counseling them on loan options to ensure the best fit
• Maintain strict compliance with federal and state lending regulations
• Deliver a seamless borrower experience from application to close

Competencies:

• Active MLO license with NMLS and applicable states (SAFE Act compliant)
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lending guidelines, and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of self-generating mortgage lending experience
