Job Description

A client in the Bay Area is seeking a fully remote Recruiter on a contract basis.. This fully remote position involves collaborating with a team of recruiters to manage a high volume of requisition openings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, including sourcing and building diverse candidate pipelines.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently.
- Assist with the offer process to ensure a smooth candidate experience

Recruiting Agency experience
3+ years of experience as Recruiter
Experience with WorkDay (Intermediate/Expert)
Experience recruiting on Behavioral Health/Clinical positions
Be able to work PST hours
