Radiation Therapist (Full-Time, Weekdays Only)
Trinity, FL 34655
$36.00 – $45.00/hr (Based on Experience)
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
No nights or weekends

Join Our Compassionate, Collaborative Oncology Team
We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiation Therapist to join our full-time team in Trinity, FL. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality radiation therapy to patients as prescribed by our Radiation Oncologist, making a meaningful difference in their care journey every day.

What You’ll Do
-Deliver radiation treatments accurately and safely per physician orders
-Verify prescribed treatment doses, angles, and positioning
-Ensure proper placement of protective shielding
-Assist in simulations using CT or other imaging tools for localization
-Monitor and assess patient progress and report concerns
-Maintain accurate, detailed treatment records and documentation
-Follow all safety protocols and clinic procedures
-Support other clinics (Largo & Brooksville) as needed for vacation or sick coverage (mileage reimbursed)

What We’re Looking For
-Completion of a JRCERT-accredited Radiation Therapy program (certificate, associate, or bachelor’s)
-ARRT Certification in Radiation Therapy or eligible within 90 days of hire
-Florida state license in Radiation Therapy (unencumbered)
-Minimum 1 year of Radiation Therapy experience preferred
-Consideration given to candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong clinical skills and a willingness to learn
-Strong communication, technical skills, and patient-focused care
-Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
