Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Property Manager to join the team at our successful property management company. The Property Manager is responsible for directly managing all aspects of their assigned commercial and/or residential properties. Properties are all in close proximity to each other. Property Manager will be required to live on-site and is a full time position.. As a successful Property Manager, your goals are to maintain high occupancy rates, maximize profitability, and maintain a high level of satisfaction for both the property owner and tenant.
