That’s where you come in! What You'll Do: Craft and produce layouts for Dungeons & Dragons books from concept to print-ready files, including rulebooks, adventures, and other TRPG products! Build custom graphic assets—icons, tables, borders, and infographics—that improve gameplay clarity and reinforce brand tone. Apply design systems that deliver consistency, accessibility, and a visually immersive experience. Collaborate with Game Designers, Art Directors, Editors, Writers, and Production Artists to ensure layout supports both storytelling and functionality. Engage in feedback sessions and push visual design forward through independent iteration and collaboration. Assist with marketing, packaging, or digital graphics as needed, and pitch new layout ideas that elevate user experience and support visual cohesion across formats. What You'll Bring: 2+ years of experience in Graphic Design or Publishing, ideally with experience in print, editorial, or entertainment media. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and proficiency in layout, typography, and pre-press production. A portfolio that showcases clean, readable design with a strong sense of hierarchy and fantasy/worldbuilding flavor. Ability to complete consistent, on-brand design with minimal oversight and strong attention to detail. Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating across creative, editorial, and production teams. Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload across multiple projects simultaneously. Nice to Have: Familiarity with the Dungeons & Dragons brand, product ecosystem, and visual storytelling tone. Experience crafting for fantasy publishing, genre fiction, or RPG content. Knowledge of color management, accessibility standards, or adaptive design for digital/print crossover. Additional Details: Please note that this is a temporary assignment providing services to Wizards through an external staffing agency. If you are selected for this assignment, you will be employed by Eastridge as a W2 employee and will not be an employee of Wizards. Employment Type: Temporary Location: Renton, WA Duration: 6 months In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the hourly pay range for this role. The hourly range for this position is $40.00 to $50.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and market conditions.
