A well-established paper and packaging manufacturer is hiring  Print Press Operators for 1st and 2nd shift openings in Phoenix. Job Type

Full-time | Temp-to-Hire

Key Duties

• Set up, adjust, and operate printing presses according to production requirements
• Monitor press operation during runs to ensure quality and consistency
• Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments to maintain machine efficiency
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Record production data and complete required paperwork

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM Monday – Friday

(Overtime may be required based on production needs.)

Pay

• $20.00 – $22.00 per hour DOE

Requirements

• Prior press operator, machine operator, or mechanical production experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and teamwork attitude
