Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a POS Specialist role in Software Development based in Atlanta. The business is a pioneer in supplying the restaurant and retail industries in the US with cutting-edge Point of Sale & Business Technology.The POS Specialist will be in charge of assisting new merchants in understanding and customizing their POS system in order to run their business more efficiently.

Job Requirements:

• 1 year of customer service ispreferred.
• 1 year of restaurant experience is desirable.
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
• Restaurant and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Have a positive outlook and excellent communication skills.
• Possess the capacity to effectively manage time, prioritise, and multitask.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Implementing the client menu.
• Provide clients with POS fundamentals training.
• Be familiar with goods and services extensively to perform system configuration.
• Provide professional customer service to ensure client fulfilment.
• Manage multiple tasks while working in a team setting.
• Update the CRM with inquiries and responses.
