Inizio Engage is assembling a nationwide team of enthusiastic Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for entry-level candidates eager to explore the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries while supporting our client, Pfizer.

As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, your primary goal will be to raise awareness about high-risk patients related to COVID-19.

As part of our Field Contracted Team, you will:

• Provide critical support to healthcare professionals regarding COVID-19 risk factors and treatment options.
• Educate target audiences to enhance their preparedness in identifying at-risk patients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication as outlined in the Field Pharmaceutical Sales Contracted Team Statement of Work (SOW).
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to align goals and coordinate efforts.
• Gain insights into your assigned territories to identify opportunities and create actionable plans that maximize local sales impact.
• Work within a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and innovative ideas.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Engaging healthcare providers through active discussions about drug interactions and eligibility for treatment.
• Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the product and the market to support marketing initiatives effectively.
• Implementing strategic plans to exceed sales goals in your assigned areas.
• Analyzing previous customer interactions to tailor your sales approach.
• Guiding retail pharmacy interactions to enhance sales efforts.
• Employing effective interaction techniques for successful client engagements.
• Customizing your sales messages to meet the specific needs of customers.
• Completing call reports and other administrative tasks diligently.
• Investing time in necessary training and certifications to stay updated on medical and product information.
• Participating in all required sales training and conferences.
• Completing all compliance training within designated timelines.

Requirements for this position include:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, professional sales, or related fields.
• Experience in healthcare roles such as nursing, pharmacy, or physical therapy.
• Knowledge of urgent care practices is a plus.
• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory boundary.
• Willingness to travel is essential.
• A valid U.S. driver's license and a clean driving record according to company standards.
