Job Description

Inizio Engage is expanding its team of dedicated Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, focusing on increasing awareness of high-risk patients for COVID-19.

As a member of our Field Contracted Team, you will actively engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs), urgent care facilities, and retail pharmacies. You will report directly to the Area Business Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing essential support to physicians related to COVID-19 risk factors and treatment options.
  • Educating targeted audiences to enhance their ability to identify at-risk patients.
  • Building strong relationships with customers through regular communication as outlined in the Field Pharmaceutical Sales Contracted Team Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure alignment in goals and coordinated efforts.
  • Assessing the customer and market landscape in your assigned area to prioritize opportunities for sales impact.
  • Thriving in a collaborative team culture that encourages the sharing of ideas.

In this role, you will also:

  • Engage with HCPs by addressing inquiries regarding treatment eligibility and supply management.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of our products and the necessary educational resources to support effective outreach.
  • Understand market dynamics to facilitate meaningful conversations with customers.
  • Implement strategic call plans designed to surpass goals for your assigned geographies.
  • Analyze customer interactions to optimize the effectiveness of sales tactics.
  • Work alongside colleagues to prioritize local opportunities and develop strategies for targeted accounts.
  • Guide retail pharmacy interactions at the local level to boost sales.
  • Utilize effective techniques such as pre-call planning and tailored messaging.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting and inventory responsibilities as per company procedures.
  • Dedicate off-hours to ongoing education regarding medical and product knowledge.
  • Participate in training and sales conferences as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in fields such as:
    • Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Sales
    • Professional Sales or Promotional Activities
    • Small Business Ownership, Marketing, Customer Service, or Account Management
    • Healthcare-related roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT)
    • Education roles (e.g., Teacher, Principal)
    • Military experience
  • Ability to live within 25 miles of territory borders.
  • Open to travel as required.
  • A valid US driver's license and a driving record that complies with company standards.
