Evening and Weekend Receptionist Needed !

Competition Automotive Group seeks a Front Desk Sales Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. We believe in providing ongoing training and rewarding outstanding effort!

The schedule includes: Monday through Friday from 5pm - 8pm; and Sundays from 11am – 5pm. There is a possibility to cover additional shifts as well, as needed.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:

• Greet and welcome all customers coming into the dealership with a friendly attitude and uncover their needs.
• Answer phones, direct consumers to the proper department, and follow up promptly.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the length of time customers spend on hold.
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed.

Requirements:

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience as a receptionist or in customer service is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google is a plus.
• Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs, and requests to management and sales personnel.

Compensation details: 18-18 Hourly Wage
