Mare Island Brewing Co., a small-but-rapidly-growing brewery on Mare Island in Vallejo with three taprooms and wholesale self-distribution throughout the Bay area, seeks a motivated On-Premise Beer Sales Representative. **Position Overview:**

As the On-Premise Beer Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts in the vibrant Bay Area market. This position requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in on-premise sales and a deep understanding of the local business landscape.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute a strategic on-premise sales plan to introduce and expand our craft beer offerings in the local market.

- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team to expand our market presence.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure the success of new initiatives.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in on-premise sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of the Bay Area market and its unique dynamics.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners.

- Self-motivated and organized, with a high level of initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Benefits:**

- $50,000 - $100,000/yr - combination base + commission. 

  • The range listed is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and may be modified in the future. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, sales commissions, and experience.
