Job Description:

As a Marketing and Communications Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and disseminating our enterprise communications. You will be responsible for creating and managing content across various channels, coordinating communication materials, and collaborating with creative teams to support digital and print needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and publish engaging content for enterprise channels, including MySource carousel stories, banners, Life at, event cards, SharePoint sites, Poppulo, distribution lists, and digital signage.
• Coordinate and prepare comprehensive communication packs, briefing documents, slides, talking points, and FAQs for enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Produce and manage the 240G and Finance newsletters, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
• Collaborate with the creative team to fulfill digital and print requests, such as event signage and backdrops.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Excellent writing skills with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
