If you have a bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing and at least one year of experience with an ad agency or PR firm or have had a solid internship at an agency, keep reading.

Sagent is looking for a detail-oriented team player with the ability to motivate team members, work independently as needed, and provide excellent customer service to diverse clients. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, writing, organizational and communication skills, meeting deadlines, and adhering to schedules are essential.

Qualifications:

• B.S/B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing/Public Relations or a related field
• 1+ years of agency experience or internships at an agency
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Creative and energetic personality

Requirements:

• Experience in project management; background in advertising and social media marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, and familiarity with other project management tools.
• Basic proficiency in website development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and WordPress, enabling effective communication and collaboration with web development teams to ensure the seamless integration of marketing campaigns with web assets.
• Familiarity with email marketing best practices and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to assist in the execution of targeted email campaigns.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• A strong commitment to meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning projects from conception to completion.
• Support the delivery of client presentations.
• Coordinate and take an active role in client meetings.
• Conduct research to contribute insights for client strategies.
• Collaborate with team members, clients, and vendors to facilitate project implementation.
• Assist in monitoring project progress, timelines, and expenses.
• Maintain and submit regular status reports.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and project stakeholders.
• Promptly respond to client requests.
• Maintain data and records.
• Create and revise various types of content, including social media posts, website content, print copy, quarterly and annual reports, and more.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
