In this role, you will support Loan Documentation and proactively seek ways to improve processes. You will perform moderately complex transactional support tasks and receive direction from a supervisor, escalating non-routine questions as needed. You will interact with client personnel on a range of information.
Required Qualifications: 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Loan Administration, Collections, or Sales environment, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, military experience, or education.
Experience Level: Entry Level
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.54 per hour. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, which may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may include:
