Earnings Potential:

Compensation is 100% commission-based and varies by effort and performance. The examples below reflect current agent averages, not guaranteed income.

• Part-Time (6–12 appts/week): $2,500–$5,000+/month
• Full-Time (15–20 appts/week): $7,000–$12,000+/month

Your Responsibilities:

• Contact warm leads to set appointments via phone, Zoom, or in-person
• Help clients choose personalized coverage options
• Submit electronic applications and manage follow-ups
• Participate in weekly team training and mentorship
• Stay compliant with state licensing and carrier regulations

Requirements:

• Active Life & Health License preferred (we’ll help you get licensed if needed)
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident that lives in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check
• Access to a computer or laptop (tablets/iPads not sufficient)
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
• Coachable, self-disciplined, and eager to grow professionally
• A business mindset with the work ethic to match your goals
