• Client Interaction: Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Policy Management: Assist clients with inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing in a timely and efficient manner.
• Advisory Role: Provide expert guidance on personal or commercial insurance options best suited to meet clients' needs.
• Sales Execution: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to increase insurance portfolio and cross-sell insurance products.
• Documentation: Ensure all client interactions are recorded accurately in the CRM system, maintaining detailed and organized records.
• Continuous Knowledge Growth: Stay informed about industry trends, policies, and regulations to serve clients better.

• Licensing: Must possess an active NY State Property & Casualty License.
• Experience: Proven experience in personal or commercial lines insurance brokerage.
• Experience : Familiar with AMS360
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously review and manage policy information.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
