Job Title: Legal Recruiter

Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in Oregon or Washington)

Pay Rate: $35–$40 per hour

LHH is seeking an experienced  Legal Recruiter to join our client’s legal team remotely. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in employee relations, performance management, and full-cycle recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Conduct new hire orientation and coordinate training sessions

  • Support and coach teams on performance management conversations

  • Lead initiatives to improve HR policies and procedures

  • Manage performance review cycles and documentation

  • Drive employee engagement efforts, including surveys and feedback analysis

  • Create, extend, and negotiate offer letters

  • Post job openings, screen candidates, and coordinate interview processes

  • Audit and maintain compliance with personnel files

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR, recruiting, or a related legal/HR function

  • Strong preference for candidates with prior legal industry experience

  • Strong understanding of performance management and employee relations

  • Experience with HR compliance, onboarding, and policy improvement

  • Excellent communication and coaching skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Located in Oregon or Washington
