We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our Birmingham team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates looking to develop their skills in client management, business development, and strategic communication. You will work closely with senior team members to support client accounts and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining long-term client relationships

• Prepare and deliver reports, proposals, and presentations to clients

• Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up

• Support the planning and execution of client campaigns and account strategies

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met

• Conduct market and industry research to support client solutions
