Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Job Type: 1099 / Commission-based
Compensation: Up to 70% Commission

We’re looking for experienced agents ready to grow their book of business with the support and infrastructure of an established company — without the restrictions of a traditional brokerage.

What You Bring:
Experience as a freight broker, agent, or logistics professional
An active customer base (or a plan to grow one)
Knowledge of freight lanes, carriers, and market trends
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
