We are seeking a passionate and experienced Removal Defense Attorney to represent individuals in removal proceedings before the Immigration Courts (EOIR) and on appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law, particularly in deportation defense, asylum, cancellation of removal, waivers, and related reliefs. This position involves intensive client interaction, litigation, legal writing, and coordination with federal agencies. Responsibilities Represent clients in removal proceedings and appeals. Prepare and file legal documents and motions. Provide legal advice and counsel to clients. Coordinate with federal agencies and stakeholders. Qualifications Experience in immigration law, especially deportation defense. Strong litigation and legal writing skills. Ability to handle intensive client interaction. Knowledge of immigration procedures and federal agencies.
