Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Chicago is seeking a Turndown Attendant to join our Rooms division team to achieve the company's objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for all assigned guest room floor cleaning, replenish supplies, amenities, linens per specification and trained guidelines
• Maintain professionalism at all times
• Report all maintenance issues to designation person and contact
• Report all lost and found items as trained
• Identify incomplete tasks by doing a complete walk through of room
• Complete floor check at assigned time
• Ensure cleanliness of supplies
• Accountable for assigned supplies, keys, hub and return.

General Requirements:

• Good understanding of housekeeping related equipment and supplies
• Able to lift and move up to 30 lbs
• Able to work flexible hours
• Being able to work under pressure
• Being able to follow proper job-related guidance
