POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsible for supporting a wide range of creative needs across the brand. Assists in producing high-quality visuals for both print and digital channels — from B2B communications and retail promotions to email, web, social media, and trade events. The ideal candidate brings a strong design foundation, a collaborative spirit, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Development & Execution

  • Design and produce creative assets that support a wide range of marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media graphics, website banners and promotional content, print collateral such as flyers, signage, and packaging inserts, as well as materials for trade shows and events.
  • Support the creation of basic motion graphics or animated visuals for use on digital platforms.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative output while contributing fresh, thoughtful design ideas.

Production & Asset Management

  • Edit and retouch product photos; prepare print-ready and web-optimized files.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining production materials such as spec sheets, price lists, and product catalogs.
  • Create or update assets for the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to support ongoing content needs.

Partner & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support the development of branded product imagery for partner retailers, ensuring visual alignment with external brand standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, ecommerce, product development) to ensure creative assets align with broader campaign and business goals.

Growth & Feedback

  • Receive and apply design feedback from senior team members to continuously improve creative output.
  • Stay current on design trends and best practices in both digital and print media.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • 1-3 Years of professional experience (internships, freelance, or academic projects count)
  • A portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of visual design principles and examples of multi-platform work (print and digital).

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Creative and detail-oriented, with a strong foundation in layout, color, typography, and composition
  • Organized and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Eager to learn and take direction, while contributing fresh, on-brand design ideas
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Skilled in editing and retouching product photos, and preparing files for print and digital use
  • Able to assist with basic rendering or motion graphics when needed
  • Familiar with branding, ecommerce, and marketing design across multiple channels
  • Strong communicator who collaborates well with cross-functional teams
