Freight Broker Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $50,000.00 to $80,000.00 /annually
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Generate new business and assist with the growth of our established customer base.
• Generate and quote shipments to customers and carriers via phone, email, or text.
• Manage all aspects related to shipments being transported via phone, email, or text ensuring load is delivered on time and in the intended condition.
• Communicate to customers and carriers effectively, timely and accurately via email, text, and phone.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and required service levels at met daily. 
• Accomplish realistic company goals with the support of the team.
• Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills.

Freight Broker Qualifications:

• The Ideal candidate will have 2 years of documented freight brokering experience. • Current customer relationships with brokerage opportunities are required. • This candidate will be self-driven and possess strong analytical and technical skills that can be used to produce creative solutions. • Be able to work independently without supervision.

• Ability to quickly analyze information/written communications and identify potential issues. • Candidate must have extensive computer knowledge – Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products • Trouble shooting skills, very organized and a positive demeaner.
