About the Position:
- Sample Management: Take charge of tracking and organizing photo samples from our manufacturers, preparing them for photoshoots to ensure seamless production.
- Photoshoot Involvement: Play a pivotal role in styling models and community members during photoshoots, bringing our fashion concepts to life.
- eCommerce Merchandising: Take an active role in creating and setting up products on our website, writing compelling product descriptions, and strategically placing merchandise to maximize visibility and sales.
Fashion Merchandising Intern Responsibilities:
- Product Selection and Curation: Help select and organize products that reflect our brands style and appeal to our target audience.
- Visual and Style Direction: Assist in the creation of visually appealing product displays and participate in styling decisions for photoshoots.
- Market and Trend Analysis: Keep abreast of the latest fashion trends and consumer preferences to inform our product strategies.
- Inventory and Sample Coordination: Support inventory management and oversee the organization of samples for internal use and photoshoots.
- Content Creation for eCommerce: Collaborate on product listings, write engaging descriptions, and ensure products are presented attractively on our website.
- Promotional and Marketing Campaigns: Contribute to the development and execution of innovative campaigns, focusing on product promotion and brand engagement.
- Customer Interaction: Gather customer feedback through various engagement channels to enhance product development and improve customer satisfaction.

- Flexible Internship: Join us at our Phoenix, AZ office for part of the week (Cave Creek & 101), with options to work remotely to accommodate your schedule.

Commitment Details:
This role requires a commitment of approximately 15 hours per week, aligned with your academic credit requirements. This position is ideal for students located in Arizona who can easily travel to our office and local events.
