Executive Assistant – Investment Management | Greenwich, CT

Compensation: $85-95K base + OT + bonus (basically 90k-105k base + bonus)

Schedule: Hybrid | 3 days in-office

A leading investment management firm is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join their high-performing team in Greenwich. In this hybrid role, you'll support a group of senior professionals across the wealth division, including Partners, Managing Directors, and other senior stakeholders. This is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of scheduling, so the ability to juggle priorities with a calm, proactive demeanor is key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive-level support to 8–9 individuals across multiple time zones and locations
• Heavy calendar management and coordination of meetings across a hybrid and partially remote team
• Act as a gatekeeper and liaison for internal and external communications
• Prepare expense reports and manage travel arrangements (experience with Concur strongly preferred)
• Maintain CRM data and records (Salesforce a plus)

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-touch executive support role
• Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
