What are we looking for in an entry level marketing assistant?
-Someone who is coachable and willing to be cross trained not only in marketing & sales but several departments
-Learn the sales process and be able to teach to others
-Learn to manage a sales force and meet clients revenue goals
-Teach others how to manage and develop a team
-Willing to travel to test out new markets
-Willing to expand to new markets within an 18 month period
Successful candidates in this role will be able to provide:
-Strong verbal communication skills
-A detail oriented outlook with the ability to meet deadlines
-Proven ability to plan and execute team and individual goals
-Strong team player skills
Minimum Education:
High School Degree or Equivalent
Minimum Experience:
No Experience necessary, all training will be provided
