Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Assistant to join our dynamic team and support the execution of high-impact, immersive brand experiences.

 

We specialize in creating immersive, high-impact events that captivate audiences and elevate brand visibility. From pop-up activations and product launches to experiential marketing campaigns and live brand events , our focus is on delivering unforgettable experiences that build meaningful connections between brands and their audiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

As an Event Assistant, you will help bring events to life by supporting both planning and on-site execution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the planning and coordination of branded events and experiential marketing campaigns
  • Communicating with clients to understand brand goals, messaging, and event-specific needs
  • Managing event logistics , including vendor communication, setup and breakdown
  • Providing on-site event support (e.g., guest check-in, crowd flow, real-time troubleshooting)
  • Organizing event materials, including signage, branded swag, equipment, and supplies
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams (creative, marketing, logistics) and external partners
  • Gathering event feedback and contributing to post-event analysis and reporting
