About the Role

We're seeking an experienced  E-commerce Specialist with  deep expertise managing eBay . You’ll own strategy, performance, and operations for this channel, working closely with internal teams and platform partners to scale sales, optimize listings, and drive innovation. Experience with Walmart Marketplace or other third-party selling platforms is a strong plus.

This is a full-time,  on-site position at our Brooklyn, NY headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the performance and day-to-day management of a major third-party marketplace (eBay)
• Develop and execute growth strategies, especially in the used product category
• Manage advertising campaigns and platform promotions to drive visibility and conversion
• Improve listing quality, pricing, and discoverability through data-driven optimization
• Monitor and report on sales, ad performance, trends, and competitor activity
• Serve as the point of contact for marketplace reps; attend vendor meetings and events as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams on content, inventory, and promotional planning

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on eBay experience is required
• Experience with other third-party marketplaces (Walmart, Amazon, etc.) is a plus
• Strong understanding of listing tools, seller policies, and marketplace algorithms
• Data-driven with strong Excel skills and the ability to translate insights into action
• Proactive problem-solver with a growth mindset and creative ideas
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work on-site in Brooklyn
