The SBTi has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to help drive business globally to set ambitious science-based targets for reducing their emissions in line with a net-zero economy.
This newly-created post will spearhead creative, multi-channel campaigns aimed at increasing uptake of science-based targets among companies and financial institutions world-wide. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing success and supporting conversions at each stage in the SBTi’s company acquisition and retention funnel, including commitment, submission, and updates of science-based targets, across digital touchpoints.

With considerable experience of devising and implementing digital marketing campaigns and strategies leveraging a range of channels and tactics - including b2b campaigns aimed at increasing corporate conversions - you are motivated by the opportunity to tackle the climate crisis by increasing robust, credible, science-based corporate climate mitigation action. About the SBTi:
The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) is a global body enabling businesses to set ambitious emissions reductions targets in line with the latest climate science. It is focused on accelerating companies across the world to halve emissions before 2030 and achieve net-zero emissions before 2050.
The initiative is a collaboration between CDP, the United Nations Global Compact, World Resources Institute (WRI) and the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) and one of the We Mean Business Coalition commitments. About the team:
The Communications Department is responsible for managing the SBTi’s reputation and communicating our services, standards and impact globally across media and digital channels. Its Digital Team, which currently includes a Digital Content Producer and Senior Social Media Officer, is led by the Senior Digital and Content manager and manages the SBTi’s digital channels and approaches, including content, web, and social media.
Key responsibilities include:

This is a full-time role based in the UK or anywhere in Erop. The salary for this role will be dependent on location and level of experience. This role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months with the possibility of extension and it will be reporting to the Senior Digital and Content Manager.
