Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist role in a wholesale company based inCalifornia.The business built a name for itself as a pioneering, diversified company by specializing in the marketing, importing, and distribution of gourmet goods, beverages, nutritional supplements, naturally derived OTC topical analgesics, herbal supplements, and teas, as well as the formulation, packaging, and private labeling of products.They are looking for a driven, energetic, and positive individual to work as a customer service specialist who will also help with sales and marketing. The salary for this role will be between $22-25/hour.

Job Requirements:

• Must remain driven, committed, and held to high standards of accountability.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills are required.
• Ability to create and maintain all types of customer relationships.
• Capability to work both in a team and independently.
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Having a Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) proficiency or at least an associate's degree.
• Traveling 7–10 days a year is necessary for attending trade shows.
• Experience with EDI and logistics is preferred.
• Bilingual (Mandarin/Cantonese) ability is preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of all tasks relating to customer service.
• Addressing customer complaints and answering phone and email inquiries.
• Order entry, billing, filing, filing disputes, various administrative tasks, and some logistics.
• Assist the sales and marketing teams.
