Who you are:

You have 8+ years of experience in a leadership or strategic role, such as Chief of Staff, management consulting, program management, or senior operations, and are seeking your next challenge in a hyper-growth, fast-paced, industry-disrupting SaaS company. You are excited to work with emerging technologies and modern tech stacks within a collaborative team, where you will have a direct impact on Pollys roadmap. Youll report directly to the CEO, helping to tackle complex cross-functional opportunities.

What youll do:

  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to define, prioritize, communicate, and execute strategic objectives. Lead quarterly planning across teams.
  • Translate high-level goals into actionable plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor progress on initiatives, identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time and with high quality; work with the CEO on reporting overall company progress.
  • Oversee high-impact cross-functional projects with clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop systems to track project progress, facilitate collaboration, and resolve roadblocks.
  • Maintain organizational capacity and resource allocation for effective execution.
  • Establish reporting mechanisms to track progress and KPIs.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and summaries for leadership insights.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify trends, recommend actions, and measure impact.
  • Analyze ROI and impact of new initiatives and products.
  • Establish frameworks to measure progress and foster accountability.
  • Facilitate updates to leadership on progress, challenges, and actions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Represent the CEO in meetings, preparing agendas and capturing action items.
  • Evaluate and refine internal processes for efficiency.
  • Align leadership and teams to ensure seamless execution of priorities.
  • Lead initiatives to improve decision-making and information sharing.

  • Proven track record managing complex projects, driving alignment, and leveraging data for decisions.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • Experience working with technical product and engineering teams.
  • Strategic thinker with operational execution skills.
  • Highly adaptable and confident navigating ambiguity.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and accountable.
  • Collaborative leadership with strong relationship-building skills.
